Thursday's product table stayed green, but the pace cooled. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs booked a **$137.6 million** net inflow on **August 6**, per [Farside Investors](https://farside.co.uk/btc/). That is the **fourth** consecutive creation day after Monday's **+$170.1 million**, Tuesday's **+$211.5 million**, and Wednesday's **+$244.4 million**, and it is the smallest of the four. BlackRock's IBIT still led at **+$128.3 million**. Spot did not step with the bid this time: BTC/USDT on [Crypto.com Exchange](https://crypto.com/exchange) settled Thursday at **$64,330.27**, about **$335** under Wednesday's **$64,665.24**. As of about **15:42 UTC** on **August 7** the pair last traded near **$65,015**. That mark is still **intraday** on a forming daily candle.

## Four sessions, about $764 million

Stack the week and the primary market has created roughly **$763.6 million** of net share demand across four U.S. cash sessions (**$170.1 + $211.5 + $244.4 + $137.6**). That more than covers the **−$265.4 million** redemption print on **July 31** and leaves about **$498 million** of net creations on top of that flush. Farside's lifetime total across the complex now sits near **$52.1 billion**.

Thursday's mix was mixed under the green total. IBIT did most of the work again (**+$128.3 million**, about **93%** of the day). Morgan Stanley's MSBT added **+$14.9 million**, Fidelity's FBTC **+$11.2 million**, Grayscale's GBTC **+$7.5 million**, the Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust **+$6.8 million**, and Bitwise's BITB **+$1.7 million**. VanEck's HODL printed the day's only listed net redemption, **−$32.8 million**, more than double Wednesday's HODL outflow. ARKB sat at zero after Wednesday's **+$37.6 million** step-up. Net is still a clear creation day; the single red line and the smaller headline print are the new detail.

Primary-market flow counts creations and redemptions of ETF shares, not every secondary trade on the tape. A **$137.6 million** print is real fund-level demand. It is also the first slowdown after three sessions that each got larger than the last. The narrow read: cash is still creating, and the bid is still centered on IBIT, but the four-day ramp is no longer accelerating.

## Spot eased while the product table stayed green

Thursday's settled close slipped from **$64,665.24** to **$64,330.27**. The session ranged about **$64,165–$65,010** on Crypto.com 1D data, tagging the low-$65Ks intraday before finishing under Wednesday's settle. That is the first down-close of the four-day green ETF stretch. Flow and spot can diverge for a session without breaking the broader picture; Thursday is just the first print in this streak where they did.

Friday's open candle (still forming) has pushed back through $65,000, tagging **$65,397** before easing. The last trade near **$65,015** around **15:42 UTC** is description of an unfinished session, not a settled close. The session so far has ranged about **$64,158–$65,397**.

Ethereum stayed soft into the settle and firm into Friday morning. ETH/USDT closed Thursday at **$1,904.26** after Wednesday's **$1,908.98**, and as of the same Friday window traded near **$1,917**. Bitcoin remains the flow story; ether is tracking nearby without leading it.

## Chart: price holds the band as mood thaws a notch

The series pairs settled daily closes (and Friday's still-forming candle) with the [Crypto Fear & Greed Index](https://alternative.me/crypto/fear-and-greed-index/). Price rebuilt from the July 31 step-down through four green flow days, with a soft Thursday settle inside the mid-$64K band.

## Fear eases to 29 while creations slow

The composite ticked from **25** (Extreme Fear) on **August 6** to **29** (Fear) on **August 7**, a small thaw after several days glued near the Extreme Fear line. Fear & Greed blends volatility, volume, social chatter, and surveys. It can warm a little while the primary market prints a smaller creation day than the one before. The useful split is simple: four straight sessions of net share demand, a spot book that eased on the fourth day then reclaimed $65,000 on Friday, and a mood gauge that is still in Fear, not Greed.

No new LatAm-specific flow datapoint landed with this session. The readable instruments today are the U.S. product table, the Crypto.com settles, and the mood gauge.

## Takeaway

The readable sheet is short. **+$137.6 million** of U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF net creations on **August 6**. A Thursday spot settle of **$64,330**. About **$764 million** of primary-market demand over four cash sessions. Fear & Greed at **29**. IBIT still does most of the work; MSBT and FBTC fill the secondary bid; HODL's **−$32.8 million** is the only listed redemption. Description only, not a recommendation: a fourth green day at a slower pace, with spot and flow briefly out of step.
