Binance has started phase two of crypto withdrawals. The window opened at 04:00 UTC, and the first coins confirmed live were five tokens on Ethereum: RLUSD, USD1, TUSD, FDUSD and XUSD. Recovery Update #6 says those assets come back in stages.

A coin returns on a given chain only after the exchange finishes the checks it runs on that pair. The checks are its security review and a readiness pass for that coin on that chain. Deposits were open the whole time withdrawals were limited.

A Binance update on Monday set phase two for 3 November and named no chain. The posts since the window opened are the first list of coins that have moved.

Five tokens on Ethereum

A note on X around 04:08 UTC named that first set and no other chain, with more coins and more chains still ahead and updates posted on the exchange’s own channels.

Ethereum list, then Solana

A later note, around 07:08 UTC, added many more Ethereum tokens, including LINK, ONDO, ENA, PENDLE, SHIB and WBETH, opened Solana for twenty-two tokens, among them JUP, BONK, WIF, RENDER and PYTH, and still lists the whole first Ethereum set as already on. USD1 and FDUSD, already live on Ethereum, are also on the Solana list.

More still follows after the checks, and the full lines of tickers are in that post. A token can sit in the planned tables and still be closed when you open a withdrawal. Those two notes are the confirmation that a pair is live. A coin they leave off the list is still waiting on the checks. For now the only chains with a live confirmation are Ethereum and Solana.

Networks named in the plan

The asset tables on the announcement page list more chains than the two confirmed so far. One group in that plan is BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana and the XRP Ledger. The rest of the list is Sui, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tron and Base. Until a follow-up says a route is live, a name there is only a plan.

The update says the order follows user demand over the past week, with more pairs added when they are ready, that a busy stretch can slow a withdrawal or make the first attempt fail because many people try to move coins at the same time, and that if a send fails the next step is a short wait and another try, using the withdrawal screen for that coin and chain or the page that lists which networks are up.

Deposits ahead at 03:00 UTC

A data note, posted around 05:51 UTC, says that by 03:00 UTC deposits in that hour were larger than withdrawals, and describes the shift as more activity from users and flows that are settling. That hour sits before the 04:00 window. The note itself went up later, with the window already open. No dollar figure appears in the note.

The financial hit stays with Binance

In this update the company says it will carry the financial impact from the stolen funds, and that those losses will not be shifted onto users.

The first reopening and the net outflow that came with it are in Sunday’s report. Monday’s report covers the zero-knowledge proof on the 31 October reserves snapshot, for ten tokens. Replacement coverage is still the roughly 95 percent share those reports already gave. A wider snapshot is still set for 4 November, and that cut has not been taken.
