Binance began restoring withdrawals for another batch of assets at 04:00 UTC on 5 November. The new batch returns in phases. A withdrawal of one token on one network comes back only after that route clears a security review and a check that it is ready to send. Deposits stay available through the whole process. The notice is Recovery Update #8, posted on the company’s X account.
It sits in the recovery from the hot-wallet theft on 29 and 30 October (the first report) and follows Recovery Update #7 (Wednesday’s note).
Six networks on this round
The announcement places the batch on six networks, with dozens of tokens spread across them. Ethereum carries the longest list, with UNI, AAVE, LDO and ENS among the names. BNB Smart Chain is the next block, including ASTER, FIL, INJ and AVAX. Base includes AERO, Tron includes JST and SUN, Polygon includes GNS, and Sui includes MMT.
Those lines are samples. The full set of names sits on the announcement, under a heading for assets whose withdrawals are planned to resume. That page is where to look when the token you hold is missing from the examples above. The heading describes a schedule of routes that still have to clear their checks.
In that table the six networks are tagged ETH, BSC, BASE, TRX, MATIC and SUI. BSC is BNB Smart Chain, TRX is Tron, and MATIC is Polygon.
A few tokens are listed on more than one network. Each combination is restored on its own. UNI and AAVE sit on both the Ethereum list and the BNB Smart Chain list. MORPHO on Ethereum and MORPHO on Base each wait on their own check, so one side can open first. If you hold UNI on Ethereum and the same ticker on BNB Smart Chain, you are waiting on two reopenings. One can open while the other is still in review. Wherever a ticker is written twice, the network beside it controls that balance.
According to the update, Binance is prioritizing tokens by user demand over the last week, will add further assets once they are ready, and is still working to strengthen safeguards while withdrawals return in stages.
The same update says a name in the roster can still be closed when 04:00 UTC hits, because those checks land one route at a time. The hour starts the schedule.
Base, Tron, Polygon and Sui are in the same note, with much shorter rows than Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain. A balance of AERO on Base, of JST or SUN on Tron, of GNS on Polygon, or of MMT on Sui follows that row alone. A return of UNI, LDO or ENS on Ethereum leaves a Base, Tron, Polygon or Sui balance where it was.
On the withdrawal screen
Binance says to open the withdrawal page for your token and network, or the network status page, and confirm the route is on before you send.
The company warns that heavy traffic during the rollout can leave a transfer pending longer than usual, that a first try can fail when many accounts submit together, that a failed try should be sent again after a short wait, and that later notices come on the official X account.
The announcement holds the planned names. The withdrawal screen is the live check. A row in the table and an open route on that screen answer different questions. Only the screen shows whether a send will be accepted at that moment.
